oh so updated

WOO! Life has been pretty awesome lately. Although job hunting is hard, it's exhilarating and it's also nice to be in the change-mode again. I love change!!! If anything, it's taught me that I have many skills and, although I've been trying to develop one specific set of those skills, the others are still there. Sooo, instead of sitting around in Utah, I'm looking for jobs all over and will be headed to San Francisco for a while to be available and do an extensive search out there. Thank you Will for letting us crash at your place! I'm super stoked. Of the million jobs I've applied to in Utah, there are like 3 jobs that I know of right now that I would be super stoked to get. The others are just lame but hey they're jobs.

I make it sound like I don't have a job. I do have a job- I've developed a sales position for a catering company, built them a website, and will be doing all of their sales for 10%. Not bad if you ask me. We won't be starting just yet but soon. It's awesome because it will be something I can do in my spare time and still benefit from. Some nice extra income. I assume it will take a while to kick off... who knows. So that's good, right?

Other than that, I've been running again and have lost almost 10 pounds. haha. It's a good thing, too, because summer is here and the less extra weight the better. It gets HOT in Utah but it's not nearly as bad as it was in Savannah. In Savvy it would get to be 100 but the humidity would be so bad that if you didn't have your de-humidifier on you would have puddles all over your house just from the atmosphere. Every time I think that Utah heat sucks I remember that humidity and it gets a little easier to commute around.

Anyway, that's my quick update. No internet at home so I've grown a lot and have read a lot and am much more social. I've realized that being online all day with all that crap kids do online really makes life boring and crappy. Never again! I will, however, continue this blog more often (hopefully) if I even think of it. I'll fosho post photos from SF and updates on if George Lucas wants to hire me. haha

We could be closer than you know.
