Bicycle, Bicycle!
I ordered my bicycle today! I decided on this bike:
I test rode a bunch of different brands and what not but this one kept coming out as the one I should buy. I'm really excited! I've never owned a road bike before... I was mad against it for a while because I wanted to be able to ride trails and hop curbs and be crazy but now, after learning so much about cycling in the past few months, I want to start using it as a work out as well as a commuter. With this bicycle, I'll be able to keep up with friends who go on "leasure" 30 mile rides every sunday morning. wooOO! It should get here early next week. I can't wait!
It was awesome ordering it because the owner of the bicycle shop downtown (through which I ordered it) knows me. It's way easier to deal with someone you know when you are forking over your life savings for a bicycle then with someone you don't. He's a cool guy. Way to go Bicycle Link!
